Public confidence in the NSW criminal justice system

Joint survey

The Sentencing Council and NSW Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research surveyed public attitudes on levels of sentencing and whether the NSW criminal justice system was achieving its various aims.

The study was published in August 2008.
